FC3 got released as pass bonus but then got a stand alone release. This is most likely the rating for the stand alone version. But be aware that if youre on PC, its probably the same version you can buy already. When Digital Foundry reviewed the FC3 Classic edition, they said its pretty much a straight port of the version PC got already, and only interesting for those kUCmC0V.
