I wouldnt worry about it too much. Based on my current settlement size and density, I'm assuming you can build somewhere around 100-200 buildings if it covers the full settlement flattened area. There probably aren't that many types, so by the end of it your likely to have dozens of each. As for profitability, ehhh.
