The only way I can get the downloaded apps to work is to place one of the downloaded apps into my favorites. For example, if all my downloaded apps are NOT in my favorites none will work (preloaded apps work fine). But if I place say, the 7-minute workout in my favorites then all of the downloaded apps work whether or not they are in my favorites.
